Responsible Service

We believe in providing a responsible service where we make it an obligation to inform our customers if we feel that a solution is not technically viable. If such an occasion arises, we will look at alternative strategies to minimise the risk but we will never just implement something that we know has a high risk of failure. We feel that software developers should look beyond the immediate requirements and provide a customer with the best solution that we buy into ourselves and not just to chase the next invoice.
