How We Do It

Quality Assurance

We have multiple processes in place to ensure the quality of our software development. The typical workflow would involve the creation of use cases, assigning it to a sprint, developing the use case, FAT (Functional Acceptance Testing), updating the documentation, deploying to QA, regression testing, facilitating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and then signing off the implemented use cases. Each of these steps have strict criteria that must be adhered to before continuing with the next step in the process.
