The mutual benefit of having a developer partner lessens the customer’s risk for the day-to-day management of the development process (and resource management). The development partner is also more able to put strategies in place to look at the long term realisation of the solution.  As our customers are the domain experts and we are the development experts, the union of those domains will lead to more consistent implementations that are easier to support and upgrade.
